Preface
I am burdened and under obligation, especially
to my fellow brethren in the United States of American as well as the body
of Christ scattered abroad, to both the wise and to the foolish. For my
part, I am eager to share our Lord's exhortation and encouragement in these
Last Daze to you. My hope is that you will approach what is before you with
an open heart and mind. I sincerely believe for many what is penned here is a lifeboat with life
or death choices. My prayer is that The Lord will establish in you His
essential truth and cause you to live out the, special, unique and fruitful
purpose He has for you. Oh, that you will overcome the molten pressure of
the world that surrounds you to walk obediently in the fear of the Lord
turning from evil to join Christ Jesus at His throne in His Father's
Heavenly Kingdom.
I will receive much criticism from what is written
in these chapters to follow. I am more than willing to receive opposition
for your sakes and for His, to the point of scorn, mockery, ridicule and
even death. The words penned here come from the very core of my bones. As I
am writing this, I am in awe, as I clutch the structure of the table I
am writing from, for this is my passion, my purpose and my reason for being.
...make known with boldness the mystery of
the gospel Ephesians 6:19c
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for
salvation to everyone who believes . . . Romans 1:16a
"For whoever is
ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son
of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father
with the holy angels." Mark 8:38
I continue to have a burden
for all of you. Burdened because the world around us is sweeping us away
from Christ unto itself, ourself, and to himself, the devil. I am Burdened for us to
be victorious overcomers in these "Last Daze" until we reach the finish
line, graduate and receive our diploma form King Jesus as we see Him face to
face. Oh, that we would be delivered from the cultural, religious, relativism
(what we believe and do is what the majority believes and does at
the time) of our day. Oh, that we would be delivered from ourselves and our adversary,
getting back to solid Biblical Truths living them out in His love. Oh, that you
would be an overcomer being used by God and helping others be delivered
from hell fire! The following scripture from God's servant Jude sums up my
heart's burden and commission for us in these "Last Daze."
. . . beloved,
building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our
Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. And have mercy on some, who are doubting;
save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with
fear, hating even the garment polluted by the flesh. Now to Him who is able
to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His
glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus
Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time
and now and forever. Amen. Jude 1:20-25
